1. What payment methods do we accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets. All payments are secure.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
3. Do we ship across India?
Yes, we ship to most locations across India. Serviceability is shown at checkout based on your pin code.
4. What is our return & refund policy?
We follow a no-return policy. Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or defective, and an unboxing video is mandatory.
5. What should you do if you receive a damaged product?
Please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
