At Glowkus, all products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. All purchases are final.

No Returns / No Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after confirmation.

  • Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged Product Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Claim

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share the unboxing video along with clear images of the damaged product

  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed, depending on the situation

Glowkus reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after verification.
